Experience

Ross Petty's practice includes toxic tort and product liability counseling and litigation, toxic tort and environmental insurance coverage counseling and litigation, and general commercial litigation. He has substantial experience in the defense of asbestos actions for product manufacturers, premises owners and contractors, and assisting such clients in securing insurance coverage for asbestos-related liabilities. He also has experience in trial, arbitration and appellate work.
