ExperienceSushila Chanana is a member of Nixon Peabody LLP’s Intellectual Property Department. Ms. Chanana has represented companies in a variety of matters, ranging from IP disputes, antitrust matters, legal malpractice suits, and other commercial contract disputes. Her experience includes federal and state court litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Ms. Chanana’s practice encompasses all phases of litigation including e-discovery, law and motion, trial, mediation and settlement negotiation, and appeals. Ms. Chanana was previously a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald Robie, of the California Court of Appeals, Third District, and the Honorable David Krashna, of the Alameda County Superior Court. Prior to practicing law, Sushila worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a risk assessment consultant and for Shell Oil Company as a student engineer.
