She has extensive experience representing corporate clients in toxic tort and products liability cases, as well as defending business organizations and individuals in government investigations and white collar criminal cases. In the general commercial area, Lynn has significant experience taking depositions in toxic exposure, products liability, premises liability, and environmental cases. Lynn has participated in two trials leading to defense verdicts in multi-million dollar products liability cases for a major automobile manufacturer. Lynn conducts numerous witness interviews in toxic tort cases and develops fact witnesses for trial. She has argued several motions in state and federal courts, and successfully defended clients at mediations in environmental and premises liability cases. In the white collar criminal area, Lynn has defended both individuals and corporations in governmental investigations and criminal cases. Lynn has represented foreign material witnesses during a prolonged governmental investigation involving the Clean Water Act. Lynn has also successfully represented a medical malpractice insurer in an investigation by the U.S. Attorneys' office involving alleged invasion of a competitor's secured website. Lynn has extensive experience conducting witness interviews in white collar matters, and drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court.
