Experience
Hailey Hibler has expertise representing business clients in a wide range of litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings.
Ms. Hibler’s experience includes the following:
- Representing lawyers and law firms in professional liability matters, including defense of legal malpractice actions and conflicts of interest.
- Representing construction and specialty contractors with regard to property damage, wrongful death, and injury claims, including indemnity and insurance coverage disputes.
- Representing businesses in complex business litigation and class actions, including partnership disputes, unfair competition claims, and securities litigation.
- Defending securities claims, including federal and state fraud proceedings, class actions, and allegations of insider trading, as well as representing clients in arbitrations and SEC, state regulatory, and NASD investigations.
- Debt collection and enforcement of judgments, including pre-judgment provisional remedies in federal and state courts, researching and creating detailed collection plans, domesticating foreign judgments, investigating assets, pursuing fraudulent-conveyance actions, perfecting liens, obtaining pre-judgment writs of attachment, executing post-judgment levies, and initiating sales of real and personal property.
