During law school, Peter worked for the Alameda County District Attorney's office as a certified law student. He served as first chair for the prosecution in a jury trial that resulted in the conviction of the defendant, and, in other matters, has successfully opposed more than twenty defense motions to suppress evidence. He has also served as a judicial extern to the California Court of Appeals, First District. Peter enjoyed a twelve-year career in advertising and marketing prior to attending law school. He worked as account manager for Miller Brewing Company to leverage Miller’s national and local sports properties at retail outlets by developing and directing in-store promotions and merchandising. Peter also managed specific promotions at key retail accounts for client Hewlett-Packard.
