Nixon Peabody’s professional staff members include paralegals, professional specialists, and support personnel. Support Staff

Nixon Peabody employs highly qualified support staff professionals in a variety of disciplines that include the firm’s legal practice areas, accounting and finance, information technology, human resources, marketing, and other administrative services.

Paralegals

Paralegals are a vital part of the Nixon Peabody team. We recruit paralegals with in-depth knowledge and the ability to offer clients legal services of the highest caliber. To be considered for a paralegal position, a Bachelor’s degree is required and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal training program is preferred.

Professional Specialists

Nixon Peabody frequently encounters complex legal issues that demand sophisticated technical knowledge and analysis. Our professional specialist staff have extensive hands-on experience in such diverse fields as technology, intellectual property, environmental engineering, medicine, finance, and accounting. We look for professional specialist candidates who have advanced academic degrees as well as key professional certifications in their respective disciplines.
