Nixon Peabody Team Secures Win for Insurance CompanySan Francisco, CA. A Los Angeles Superior Court recently ruled in favor of United National Insurance Company in a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and bad faith by its insureds. United National successfully defended and counter-claimed based on the insureds’ misrepresentation and concealment of material facts at the time they sought to add an apartment building to an existing policy 12/16/2009 Nixon Peabody LLP served as legal counsel for United National.
